Come watch my video friends! Contemplate emotion as I record my friends reach out to their friends. Visualize their friendship. Feel their friendship.

That awkward feeling you get when you don't know your friends’ friend. This project explored the feeling of meeting someone new and reaching out to them through familiar arms. I used my friends as middlemen to their friends and in the process captured their friends’ reactions. Slowing down the reactions exaggerates the emotions and allows a better understanding of the often overlooked nuances of friendliness.
